This uplifting, joyful, soul - filling, warm and cheekily humorous picture has been created with tremendous painstaking skill. Each figure, bird or cloud in this picture has been sculpted in acrylic paints, which is a time-consuming and nerve-wracking undertaking as one wrong turn and a figure is ruined. Each figure many hours in the making. The brilliance of this picture is the spirit-freeing spontaneity of it, which belies the immense patience and control needed in its creation.

" Created by a modern day Pagan, that feels the joy when surrounded by nature undisturbed!

Most treasured time.....Dawn. My ritual / my celebration and absorbing of the power and magical beauty / essence of the elements.

Dawn for me! Dawn to be thankful for in its quietness from all of those off-notes to nature that come and follow throughout the day. Thankful for this undisturbed time in which I see nature and the sky's beauty and wonder unfolding. The glorious dawn with its ever changing rainbowing sky.

The dawn! The sky! Displays of richness. Sunrays, beams that pierce the dark, filtering through gaps. Brilliance and softness go hand in hand/ change roundabout / appear and disappear in their flow. Their dance. Their energy. Clouds of candy floss / wisps/ to haze. Lambs wool in the sky or mist making. They swirl and billow and engulf then move on, painting their own cloud pictures in the air.

The air! Those clouds! And fresh, cool, biting, breezes welcome in my dance.

Thankful for the dawn with the awakening of the daytime birds and the farewell to the night birds. Majestic in their feathered finery. Graceful in their dance of flight, where they call to make their presence known in this, their mourning.

This is joy to behold! I see! I feel! I flow! in this radiance. I join with its sky display. My worship! My thanks! Dance! For dance is my call to make my presence one with nature, one with the element. My call to make my presence known to what then becomes my morning's welcome.

The gift of energy. Alive! Renewed with light and glow through the day with harmony and joy, no matter what the day throws at me. My dawn revitalises my light.
